Whilst working for a finance company in Japan, Naoko developed a keen interest in natural therapies and healing. Regular massage and the use of essential oils proved highly effective in managing her busy schedule and alleviating symptoms such as headaches and muscular tension. However, it was during a period of high stress, when Naoko experienced temporary hearing loss and tinnitus, that she discovered the healing potential of acupuncture and was captivated by its philosophy.
Since her move to England in 1999, Naoko has undergone extensive training in oriental medicine and holistic therapies, and has worked at various clinics. During her sessions, Naoko combines both eastern and western therapy disciplines and customizes treatments according to each client’s unique needs. She considers the person as a whole, taking into account all possible factors that may have contributed to their symptoms. Naoko always ensures that her clients feel relaxed, revitalized, and well-balanced after each treatment.
